Creator conduct & disclosure rules

These are the standards every Mileage Grind creator agrees to before promoting us. They are published openly so you know exactly what is expected before you sign up. Commercial terms — rates, attribution windows, payment timing — are set out in the private creator program terms you accept when you activate.

1. Who these rules apply to

Anyone promoting Mileage Grind in exchange for commission, free product, membership perks or any other consideration. That includes social posts, videos, newsletters, podcasts, livestreams, group chats and one-to-one referrals.

2. Required FTC disclosure

You must disclose the paid relationship clearly and conspicuously in every post, video, story, email or livestream that promotes us. The disclosure must appear before any “more” truncation, be spoken aloud in video content, and never live only in a bio, hashtag block or link page. Approved wording:

  • “Paid partnership with Mileage Grind — I earn a commission if you subscribe.”
  • “#ad — I’m a Mileage Grind affiliate and earn monthly on referrals.”
  • “Sponsored by Mileage Grind. My link earns me a commission.”

3. How you may describe the rewards program

Grind Miles are a purchase rebate. When you talk about them you may not describe them as airline miles, as cash, as an investment, or as having value outside published redemption terms. You may not promise a specific dollar return, guarantee a drawing or sweepstakes outcome, or state or imply that miles can be paid out, transferred or withdrawn. Point people to our published program details rather than inventing your own earn or redemption math.

4. Product and health claims

No health, medical, nutritional or performance claims about coffee. Describe taste, roast level, origin and freshness — not outcomes. Do not claim certifications, awards or sourcing credentials we have not published.

5. Advertising and channel rules

  • No bidding on Mileage Grind brand terms or close variants in paid search.
  • No posting your code to coupon, deal or cashback aggregator sites.
  • No self-referral, or referral of accounts you control or share a household with.
  • No unsolicited bulk email, SMS or DM spam, and no automated posting.
  • No impersonating Mileage Grind, no lookalike accounts, domains or ad copy suggesting you are us.

6. Brand and content

Use our name, logo and product imagery only as supplied, without alteration to marks, colours or labels. You own the content you create; you grant us a licence to reshare it on our own channels with credit. Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that targets minors is not permitted anywhere our name appears.

7. Enforcement

Breaking these rules can result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. We may ask you to correct or remove a post; failing to act promptly is treated as a breach. Either side can end the relationship at any time.

8. Joining
