Terms of service

1. Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your email access secure, since we sign you in with emailed links. Tell us at hello@mileagegrind.com if you suspect misuse.

2. Orders, pricing and shipping

Prices are shown in USD at checkout and may change for future orders. Shipping is $5 on a single-bag shipment and free at two or more bags. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or availability error occurs. Delivery timing, replacements and refunds are covered in the shipping & returns policy.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Full billing, reminder and cancellation terms are in the subscription & auto-renewal terms.

4. Mileage rewards

• Miles are a promotional rebate on qualifying purchases — not property, currency, a security, a deposit or a stored-value account.
• Miles have no cash value and are never redeemable for money. They are redeemed only as a discount against a purchase, such as a coffee order or a travel booking or voucher. We do not make payments to members, and no balance can be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted, willed or combined with another account.
• Travel vouchers are issued by Mileage Grind in exchange for miles only. They are never sold for cash, have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire one year after issue. Vouchers are spent on travel wherever the issuing brand is accepted; booking through Hey Judy is optional.
• Because redemptions reduce the price you pay rather than pay you anything, they are treated as a purchase-price adjustment. We do not issue tax forms for redemptions; members are responsible for their own tax position.
• Miles are earned on qualifying purchases and are reversed on refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders. Unused vouchers and certificates expire per their terms and are not refundable for cash.
• Status tiers are earned within a status year and retained by re-qualifying at the same level the following year.
• We may change earn rates, redemption values and tier thresholds prospectively with notice on this site.

5. Drawings

The monthly mileage drawing runs under separate official rules. No purchase necessary; free entry is available.

6. Hey Judy

Hey Judy Pro access is included with an active subscription and is provided as-is. Travel bookings made through partner links are contracts between you and that travel provider.

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, automate account creation, or attempt to inflate miles or drawing entries. We may suspend accounts and void miles or entries obtained through abuse.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Except where prohibited by law, our services are provided as-is and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
