What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and your miles, tier and order history.
• Order details: shipping address and payment status. Card data is handled by Shopify's payment processors; we never see full card numbers.
• Drawing entries: the contact details on a purchase or free-entry submission.
• Basic device and usage data to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

To fulfil orders and subscriptions, credit and redeem miles, run the monthly drawing, provide Hey Judy access, prevent abuse, and send service email such as renewal reminders. Marketing email only goes out if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Service providers who make the store run: Shopify (checkout, payments, fulfilment), our roasting and shipping partners, our hosting and database provider, email delivery, and Hey Judy for entitlement. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

• Access, correct or delete your data — email hello@mileagegrind.com.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time from the footer of any email.
• Cancel a subscription from your account page.

Retention and security

We keep order, miles and drawing records as long as needed for the program and for tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure.

Children

The store and the drawing are for adults 18 and older.
